This room is our Ferzan Ospetek sanctuary. Ferzan Ospetek is a Turkish Italian film director that used this precise room to film the movie LOOSE CANNONS in 2010. The movie can be found on amazon prime and it will be quite an illusion to see you are living in the set of an award winning movie! The antique chandelier hanging from the sky, the old al fresco paintings on the walls, the high ceilings and picturesque view truly make the experience memorable. Let the magic enchant you.

Noble Suite 13

The SUITE ZIMARA, named after the Palazzo, is our most noble room yet. There are few words that can describe the feeling of entering this magical suite. In room jacuzzi, king bed, hammam, double bathroom and private living room.

Our advice: look up at the ceiling.

Suite 12

Antonio D’Andrea was a noble Italian sculptor from Lecce. This room is named after him as we wanted to honor his contributions to the city. The arches in the room and its location in the inner court of the Palazzo make it a very enchanting room to be in.

Deluxe Wellness 11

Our deluxe wellness also known as our “princess room” is named after Isabella Scaderberg, a noble woman from Lecce who lived in the Palazzo in the 1700’s. The room was her favorite due to the colors of the walls and the feminine decor. We kept the room with its authentic feel so that you as well can travel through time and feel the essence of nobility in the 1700’s.

This room is also very special as it has its own private terrace and two showers, and bathtub.

Superior 10

Our blue superior room is one of our serene gems of the palazzo. Not only does blue ignite calmness, serenity and peace, but the room also faces the inner garden allowing one to embrace all the green and sound of our relaxing fountain.

Suite 7

Suite 7 is the owner’s favorite, so much that he has called it the D’Angelo suite, and for a reason! This noble suite with cobblestone walls faces one of the most important cathedrals of Lecce. What is even better, is that you can enjoy the views to the cathedral from your own luxury bathtub whilst sipping a glass of Radino wine.

Welcome to one of our most historical gems. This 16th century room was house to many nobles in the time, notably seen by its original “Coccio Pesto” flooring. Guests will be literally sleeping in history. With a super king size bed and a luxury bathroom en suite you will for sure be having royal dreams.
